Junior Project Manager



Job Description

The Role 

This is an exciting opportunity to join TIPi Group as a Junior Project Management, working with two agency brands: Kitty and Rabbit & Pork. As a Project Management Intern, you will be working with the Project Manager, Managing Directors and delivery teams to manage retained projects. There is fantastic opportunity to learn and grow as a Project Manager, working on exciting projects from website builds to voice app development.  


  • Project Support: supporting Project Manager with full cycle project delivery. Areas will include support on testing, ticket creation, ideas for client value-add & timeline and process management throughout project lifecycles. 
  • Retainer support: support Project Manager in the management of retained clients, workflows, budget and communication, ideas for client value-add and upselling. 
  • Administrative support: managing retainer trackers, attend meetings and managing minutes. 
  • Client relations: supporting Project Manager with retained clients, liaising with clients to keep them updated on project work, testing, delivery. 
  • Planning & scheduling – communicating with delivery teams to create estimates for project work, using project management software Jira to manage workflows, budget and using effective communication to manage internal delivery teams to ensure timely delivery of retainer projects. 
  • Internal projects – working with TIPi Group’s Marketing team to manage mini-projects, website updates and other applicable work 

Candidate Criteria & Essential Skills 

  • Communication – candidate should have excellent communication skills, be able to communicate successfully with delivery teams, freelancers, internal colleagues of all seniority levels, as well as clients 
  • Organisation – is an essential skill for Project Management  
  • Experience of digital, UX, Conversational Design, Website and Voice app development is desirable but not necessary. We do ask that you have a keen interest or passion in the digital industry and how we deliver voice and web experiences to help brands succeed. 
  • Client management: the chosen candidate will be working closely with the Project Manager to support with client management, effectively communicating with clients to keep them updated on project work, testing and delivery.  
  • Experience working in an agency environment on client accounts or with a range of stakeholders is ideal but not essential. 
  • Project Management – some experience of project management in a digital setting is desired but not essential, we don’t expect you to be the finished product and put a great emphasis on training and development to help you learn and grow in your career.

Location: hybrid working both from home and our buzzing office in Soho
