Your role: Marketing Intern

As TIPi Group’s Marketing Intern you will support the Senior Marketing Executive in generating new business demand for TIPi Group’s range of services and products through effective brand and reputation building through leading marketing and communication strategies internally and externally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Senior Marketing Executive in project managing events
  • Managing website & partnership sites ensuring the correct information is uploaded and shared from news to careers to award winning work
  • Pulling together reactive culture blogs to deliver agency news
  • Support Senior Marketing Executive in all internal comms tasks including newsletters, sharing agency achievements & social content and company meetings
  • Manage employee information pulling together bios & headshots for external use, tracking footage of social events & internal culture and birthday / leaving cards etc. to celebrate staff internally
  • Play an active role in company initiatives such as the social committee and CSR committees
  • Keep physical and virtual collateral tracked and up to date
  • Basic award support including calendar management, tracking success and submission
  • Support Senior Marketing Executive in building case studies across the group
  • Support team on any ad-hoc tasks that need completing
  • Run ROAST social accounts (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook) in line with the strategy developed by the Senior Marketing Executive
  • Covering reception duties
  • Key skills you hold

    • A passion for the digital industry
    • Excellent writing skills are a must
    • Equipped with the combination of analytical and marketing skills as well as conceptual, design, logical and marketing creativity
    • Proactive, entrepreneurial, creative and energetic. Constantly looks for ways to improve the Marketing functions and is proactive in suggesting operational improvements
    • Strong interpersonal and people management skills: able to motivate and inspire and engage key stakeholders across the organisation to optimise performance
    • High calibre of communication skills and meticulous attention to detail
    • Adaptable, agile minded and keen to learn and develop new skills. Prepared to roll up their sleeves and do what it takes to deliver for the business

    Working at TIPi Group

    Location: This role is both home and office-based; our office is based in Foley Street, nearest underground stations are Oxford Circus and Goodge Street

    Holidays: 25 days, excluding bank holidays, plus Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve off
